U.S. Waffle Company was founded in Greenville, SC in 2013 with a passion for creating high-quality waffles and pancake products. In 2020, we joined the Cérélia family, headquartered in Paris, France, gaining access to world-class baking techniques, engineering solutions, and product innovations that continue to strengthen our business.
To meet rapidly growing demand, U.S. Waffle moved into a 315,000 square foot bakery in Liberty, SC in 2019. Our FDA- and SQF-certified facility now co-packs for some of the largest packaged goods companies in America while also producing private label products for retail grocers, foodservice distributors, and partners nationwide.
Our products can be found across multiple channels including Grocery Retail, Food Service and K-12.

Cérélia is the market leader in ready-to-bake doughs (for tarts, pizzas and Viennese pastries), and also has recognized expertise in the manufacture of crêpes, pancakes, waffles and cookies.
With 15 production sites, including 11 in Europe and 4 in North America, Cérélia markets its products in over 50 countries through its own brands, as well as private labels, industrial partners and Foodservice.
